Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! My weekend is jammed pack with work, errands, and parties… Whenever I have a hectic day ahead, I bring along some emergency snacks. For example, the other day my best friend Claudia and I were shopping for her wedding dress (Claud and I are getting married 2 months apart next year!)… we visited several bridal shops and it was 2:30pm before we took a break for lunch! Luckily I had packed these emergency snacks so I was not famished by the time we finally took a break for lunch…

-Water

-Almonds

-Larabar

-Satsuma

Portable, stand alone fruits (such as oranges & apples) and nuts are really quick and easy to grab as you are heading out the door. If you choose a snack bar, I recommend that it has at least 3 grams of fiber.

Gotta run… enjoy your weekend!
