Wow. I will no longer complain that Nick won't eat salmon. I can't imagine not being able to make ANY seafood, or poultry! He's lucky to have a great RD/loves to cook wife like you! I would probably make a lot more beans for dinner, and squash, if we ate more vegetarian. I also LOVE tempeh, and I like adding nutritional yeast for extra B12 and protein!

Wow! Talk about a change in meal planning. Definitely forces you to get a little creative. Our favorite vegetarian meals are beans with rice, salads with garbanzo beans, black bean burgers, and vegetarian tostadas (with refried beans). Glad Cory is feeling better with the changes :). Neither Isaac, Hubby, nor I have food allergies that we know of. *keeps fingers crossed*

Sorry Cory has food allergies, but I'm glad he found out what he is allergic to and is so much better. We think the kid may be allergic to some seafood, and we are having him tested soon.

Your meals sound & look good. We eat a lot of vegetarian meals. Veggie soups, pasta with vegetables, and salads are some of our favorites.

Happy new year to you!
Your house is beautiful, I love it. MY goal this year is to not finish decorating, but to get a big chunk of it done (we have SO MUCH TO DO!). After our wedding we'll get closer to finishing :)
I made a goal to live in the moment more (similar to savoring each moment) and I am constantly bringing myself back to the here and now, it's so tough! I space out so often, as my brain just continues to think about other stuff. Not good!
Enjoy your weekend Kasey!

Looks like you had an awesome 2011! I tend to stress out with everything that there is to do too. It can be overwhelming. It's important to take some time out just for ourselves and realize it will always work out whether ya stress out or not. My resolutions include cycling training, pilates/yoga (stress balance!) and better meal prepping on the weekends. Happy 2012!

You did a great job with last year's resolutions! And love your new ones. My resolutions include going to church more often, learning how to sew, exercise 3 x week, and blog 2 x week. I've been doing pretty good so far although nothing regarding sewing yet.
