Good info on the english muffins. Tricky is right. I&#039;ve bought pizza dough that says whole wheat on the front, but the ingredients list says enriched wheat flour. Well isn&#039;t most flour wheat flour?! Sneaky, sneaky. Have a good week!</description>

This week I make EASY polenta and EASY chili!!  They both took less than 15 minutes and tasted great!  I also sauteed some spinach and added it to my polenta, which was a much needed addition so it was a bit healthier.
