What motivates me though is the way I feel after working out versus the way I feel if I don&#039;t. And yes I AM doing well week one of 2010. My life feels back on track and my head is in the right place. It&#039;s gonna be an awesome year!</description>

		<description>I was doing so well, but today I finally slipped a bit.  however, like you said, it&#039;s ok to make adjustments, AND it&#039;s ok to slip!  SO many people slip up and then just completely give up.  That&#039;s not smart, because you should allow yourself to slip up at times, it&#039;s only fair.  Not everyone is perfect, and making changes that are life long are going to be difficult.  I slipped up, but I&#039;m right back on the wagon!  I&#039;m ok with my slip up, and no harm done.

		<description>great post!  yes goals are tough and actually making that change can be an ongoing battle.  I&#039;m still working on many of mine, which may take the whole new year to accomplish!  I think it&#039;s about being persistent, sticking with it and forming new habits gradually :)</description>

		<description>I was just thinking about this when I woke up! The only goal I&#039;ve found hard to maintain is eating raw 3 days out of the week.  It&#039;s hard to plan ahead and have that much fresh veg around the house and traveling while trying to go raw has proven difficult as well. How about you?</description>
