I just watched the video thanks to your link. It definitely has shock value. I think whether one can of soda is a problem in people&#039;s lives totally depends how they &quot;fit&quot; the soda into their overall diet. I think if people decide to drink soda, they have to be aware of (and count for) the calories and the sugar content. And I think with drinks it&#039;s easy not to count for them... I actually know several people who drink one or two sodas a day single day, eat well, exercise, and don&#039;t have a weight problem. I personally don&#039;t choose to spend my calories on soda as it&#039;s just not worth it (and I don&#039;t like all the other &quot;stuff&quot; in it either).</description>
