Since Cory and I have tightened our budget to save money for our honeymoon, we have been eating out less and less. I love eating out at Thai restaurants… my favorite dish is Shrimp Pad Thai. I found the perfect substitution to fulfill my Shrimp Pad Thai cravings at home…

The listed ingredients are pretty simple (not anything I cannot pronounce)…

I wanted to bulk up the Thai Kitchen’s Original Pad Thai with fiber and lean protein… so I added a pound of shrimp and a package of Sugar Snap Peas…

We’ve been trying to save too. This looks yummy; I also love a lot of the packaged foods at Trader Joe’s. They don’t usually have scary ingredients.
I wish we had a Trader Joe’s in New Orleans!
