Tailgate Taco Rolls

It was a rainy, muddy day in Death Valley…

LSU Tiger

Rainy Tailgate

Thankfully, I wore rain boots!  Our tailgate was a success despite the rain and LSU’s loss :(    The Game Day Taco Rolls I brought received lots of compliments…

Taco Rolls

Ingredients:

Ingredients

  • ~3/4 bottle Picante Sauce
  • 8 ounce container Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 4 ounces Low Fat Mexican Shredded Cheese
  • 4.25 ounce can Chopped Olives
  • Package of Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • Taco Seasoning

Mix the cream cheese, picante sauce, shredded cheese, chopped olives, and taco seasoning in large bowl…

Taco Roll Sauce

Place bowl in refrigerator for a couple hours.  Spread mixture over tortillas.  Roll up tortillas and place in ziplock bag.  Refrigerate until ready to cut and serve.  I like to stick toothpicks into each roll so they are easy to grab and eat during a party/tailgate.
