It was a rainy, muddy day in Death Valley…


Thankfully, I wore rain boots! Our tailgate was a success despite the rain and LSU’s loss
The Game Day Taco Rolls I brought received lots of compliments…
Taco Rolls
Ingredients:

- ~3/4 bottle Picante Sauce
- 8 ounce container Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 4 ounces Low Fat Mexican Shredded Cheese
- 4.25 ounce can Chopped Olives
- Package of Whole Wheat Tortillas
- Taco Seasoning
Mix the cream cheese, picante sauce, shredded cheese, chopped olives, and taco seasoning in large bowl…

Place bowl in refrigerator for a couple hours. Spread mixture over tortillas. Roll up tortillas and place in ziplock bag. Refrigerate until ready to cut and serve. I like to stick toothpicks into each roll so they are easy to grab and eat during a party/tailgate.


Serving Size = ~4 rolls
80 Calories and 4 grams Fat
Cory and I had a blast hanging out with our college buddies…
