Exercising at Home

Sometimes the convenience of working out at home beats driving to the gym during rush hour.  Tonight Cory (my fiance) and I decided to peruse our local television service provider’s Freezone of On Demand for a good at-home workout.  Under the Health and Wellness section we decided to try Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred- Level One…

30 Day Shred- Level One

Wow, Jillian is hardcore… I’m gonna be sore tomorrow!  Cory and I were drenched in sweat by the end.  Do I recommend this workout? Yes, but be prepared for serious repetitions that will have you praying they would come to an end.  Make sure you hydrate because you will sweat!

I bought this DVD a couple of months ago… It’s hard. Definitely kicked my butt, especially for such a short workout.

I love your blog. Thanks for this info. I had no idea that was on Demand. Especially helpful for a mom of three with no time to go to the gym.

Hey Katherine! they have a ton of free exercise videos on there and they change them pretty often… my sister likes to use this exericse option when she is home while her boys are still sleeping :)
